Meet the truth before it demands to be heard.
The truth is inevitable. The choice is how early you meet it.

01 · Where the work happens
One belief, a few rooms.
I help people come back into alignment with what’s true, through depth work and story. This is where I do it.
This is where the belief gets tested on my own life first. Scene first, lesson second, and I say what I haven’t figured out. Weekly, and never finished, because that’s the point of working in public.
They live on Substack and arrive by email if you want them to.

Nobody becomes strong by accident. Behind every person you’d call powerful is a stretch of life they’d rather not relive, and it’s the part they don’t usually tell. On What It Cost I sit down with one person per episode who came through something hard and came out more themselves, and ask what it took. Not the highlight reel. The price.
The first conversations are being arranged now.
Men of Moksha is a year-long program for accomplished men whose outer life works and whose inner life has gone quiet. It’s built on the Seven Liberations, a sequential curriculum, and delivered through live facilitation, coaching, and a brotherhood that holds the work between sessions.
I founded it and I facilitate it. It’s the one room I run that’s men-only.

Three essays to begin with.
03 · The short version
I spent fifteen years studying why people do what they do, and one rule held: never trust what someone says, watch what they do. Then I turned that on my own life, the hard way. My disguise was growth. I did “the work,” and kept doing more of it, and the work became the place I hid, until the truth arrived on its own schedule. That’s what I build everything around now: the truth is inevitable, and the choice is how early you meet it.
Everything I tell you was measured or lived.
